Taylor grew up in Sherwood Park, Alberta before moving to the Okanagan to work with his family in the wine industry in 2010. He completed his bachelor of commerce (with a major in management), along with a diploma in insurance and risk management, at Grant MacEwan university in Edmonton with a semester abroad at Dankook University in Seoul, South Korea. He completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria with a semester abroad at Hong Kong University. Taylor joined Montgomery Miles & Stone in 2016 as an articling student and transitioned to a lawyer in 2017 after being called to the bar of British Columbia.
Taylor has focused his practice in real estate, estate planning and corporate law. He has also assisted societies, stratas, landlords and tenants.
When not in the office Taylor can be found coaching minor football, touring one of the many beautiful wineries that dots the valley, playing board games, travelling to a new exotic location, or trying out a new recipe. Taylor is a member of the Kelowna Bar Association, a board member of the WIlls & Trusts section of the BC Bar Association and an International Sommelier Guild certified level one wine sommelier.
