Montgomery Miles & Stone Law Firm is a Kelowna corporate law firm and consists of lawyers Richard Montgomery, Dave Miles and Deanna Stone as well as their team of professionals. We are located in Kelowna’s Landmark 2 building on the 5th Floor.

Richard and Dave established Montgomery Miles & Stone Law Firm to fill a gap in the Okanagan’s legal community. Deanna joined the firm as an associate lawyer on August 15, 2011 and as a partner on September 1, 2016. In 2018 the firm has grown to include another associate lawyer. Allisa Wu joined us from Toronto after practicing for several years out east. Allisa speaks fluent Mandarin and English. 2018 also saw our practice grow to include Trademark law, as Vanessa Carle, a licenced trademark agent, joined us too.
